The idea of ​​creating a place for entrepreneurs, where they will be able to conduct business on preferential terms was born during the project “Establishment of Podkarpackie Science and Technology Park – Stage I”. Under this project invested in area of 118 ha and built Academic Pre-incubator facility of approx. 1000 m2.

Based of this idea and in response to the need for this type of facility, it was planned to build a Technology Incubator with office and manufacturing – service spaces designed for rental.

The realization of this goal has become a part of the project “Development of Podkarpackie Science and Technology Park – Stage II ” implemented under the Operational Programme of Development of Eastern Poland 2007-2013, Priority and Modern economy, Measure I.3 Supporting Innovation, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

History:

  • December 2010 – announcement of an open tender for the project “Construction of Technological Incubator and Service Centre ” built within the framework of the project “Expansion of Carpathian Science and Technology Park – Stage II ” under the Operational Programme of Development of Eastern Poland 2007 – 2013, Priority and Modern economy, Measure I.3 Supporting Innovation, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund;

  • February 2011 – announcement of an open tender for the position of inspector of investment supervision for the project “Construction of Technological Incubator and Service Centre” built within the framework of the project “Expansion of Podkarpackie Science and Technology Park – Stage II ” under the Operational Programme of Development of Eastern Poland 2007 – 2013, Priority and Modern economy, Measure I.3 Supporting Innovation, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund;

  • March 2011 – an agreement with Investment Management of private limited company from Krosno concerning the function of inspector of investment supervision for the project “Construction of Technological Incubator and Service Centre”;

  • April 2011- an agreement with service and production enterprise – BUDPOL S.A. concerning the realisation of the investment project “Construction of Technological Incubator and Service Centre”;

  • May 2012 – successful completion of the construction of Technological Incubator;

  • October 2012 – Technological Incubator was handed over to use;

  • December 2012 – Conference inaugurating an official opening of Technological Incubator.
