30th June 2010 – the assignment of an agreement between Polish Agency for Enterprise Development and Regional Development Agency SA on a project “Expansion Podkarpackie Science and Technology Park – Phase II ” which was assigned under the Operational Development Programme of Eastern Poland 2007-2013 , Priority I: Modern Economy, operation I.3 Supporting Innovation , co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the state budget .

Total estimated value of the project – 92 520 476.65 PLN, eligible expenses – 75 792 120.90 PLN and the amount of funding – 65 866 384.75 PLN (according to Annex  6 from 11.04.2015 r.).

Project duration: 01.07.2008 – 30.11.2015.

The project aims to :

• delivery of comprehensive technical infrastructure of land with an area of ​​approx. 48 hectares, within the zone S1-3, to which water is brought from Rzeszow and discharges to municipal sewage treatment plant by using a newly developed so-called bus water – sewage;

• creation of 4 research and development laboratories- three within a plant of Research Laboratory of  the Aeropolis – located at the Rzeszow University of Technology(including Laboratory of Composite and Polymer for aviation , Laboratory of Applied Information Systems in Diagnostics , Laboratory for Computer Aided Research and Design of aircraft structures and Alternative Renewable Energy Sources ) and one within the  Biotechnology Laboratory of the Aeropolis – located at the University of Rzeszow;

• Construction of complex Technological Incubator and Service Center PPNT including:
  
  • the main building of the Technological Incubator with the area of approx. 5 300 m2, which is designed to let 39 office rooms, 12 production and service halls with the area of 100, 200 and 300 m2 , a conference room for 200 people and two meeting rooms for 18 and 20 people;
  • The hall I with the area of approx. 4 400 m2, in which there are three production and service modules to let. Their area is approx. 950, 1040 and 740 m2 and office rooms from 35 to 47 m2, with a total area of ​​approximately 1 570 m2;
    
  • Hall II with the area of approx. 2 600 m2, which consists of four production and service modules from 600 to 740 m2.
  • The construction of the photovoltaic installation on the parking lots of cars in the parking lot of the complex  Technological Incubator PPNT.

In the Incubator, new businesses and those that conduct their business in AEROPOLIS have the priority to invest in. It’s also a chance for the leavers of the Academic Pre-incubator to continue to operate.

Renting rooms in the Incubator is held on preferential terms. From basic rents are entitled to the following relieves: 20% of discount in the 1st year of operation, 15% in the 2nd year and 10% in the 3rd year.
