Pro-innovation services to enterprises – PARP

Polish Agency for Enterprise Development to 31.03.2016 r . leads call for proposals for Measure 2.3 ” Pro-innovative services for enterprises” , the sub-measure 2.3.4 “Protection of Industrial Property ” Priority Axis II : “Support for the environment and the potential of enterprises to conduct activity R & D & I” Smart Development Operational Programme 2014-2020.

Application for additional financing should be submitted only in electronic form via Generator Applications made ​​available through the website PARP (link1)

Measure 2.3 Sub-measure 2.3.4 subsidy is intended for projects aimed at obtaining the protection of industrial property rights under the national , regional, EU or international level, with the exception of the application to the Polish Patent Office in order to obtain protection exclusively on Polish territory and its implementation.

Additional resources will be aimed at:

  • obtain protection of industrial property rights (patents, rights of protection for utility models and rights from registration of industrial designs ) with the ability to support the preparation of the commercialization process of the subject application by purchasing advisory services ,

  • realization of industrial property rights , the applicant in the proceedings initiated acts as an entity defending its rights,and the proceedings for the annulment of a patent , protection right to a utility model or a right in industrial design registration or revocation of a patent , protection right to a utility model or a right in industrial design registration .

The funding for the competition can apply only entities that meet the criteria of a micro , small or medium-sized enterprise .

The minimum value of the qualified costs of the project amounts to 10 000 PLN .

The maximum value of the qualified costs of the project is 1 000 000 PLN.

The maximum intensity of subsidy amounts to 50% of qualified costs.
